Safety Gloves Manufacturers in Pakistan
We connect distributors, safety brands and industrial buyers with safety gloves manufacturers in Pakistan that we have checked ourselves. From cut-resistant and coated gloves to welding, mechanic and hi-vis gloves, we follow your order and inspect it before shipment.
Sourcing Agent for Safety Gloves
ProQ Sourcing is a sourcing and inspection agent based in Sialkot. We do not make gloves, and we own no factory. Instead, we connect you with verified safety gloves manufacturers in Pakistan, and then we check samples, test reports, production and packed goods on your behalf.
Safety gloves protect workers, so a weak seam or a wrong rating is more than a quality issue. However, many quotes look the same on paper. As a result, buyers need someone to check the factory, the materials and the test documents behind the label.
This page sits under our gloves manufacturers in Pakistan range. Use it to compare glove types, coatings and ratings before you ask for quotes.
Safety Glove Types We Source
Each job needs a different glove. The tabs below cover the types we source most often, with the points we check in each.
Cut and coated gloves
Cut-resistant gloves use knitted liners made with HPPE, glass fibre or steel yarn, often with a nitrile or PU palm coating. The cut level comes from lab testing, so it must match the test report. We check liner gauge, coating coverage and markings on the cuff.
Coated gloves pair a polyester or nylon liner with a nitrile, latex or PU dip. Nitrile suits oily work, latex grips well in wet conditions, and PU keeps fingertip feel. Therefore we check coating thickness, coverage and peeling at the fingertips.
Hi-vis gloves use fluorescent fabric on the back, often with reflective strips and padded palms. They help workers see hand signals in low light. We check colour, reflective tape adhesion and palm stitching.
Leather and impact gloves
Welding gloves use split cowhide or goatskin with long cuffs, heat-resistant lining and aramid thread. Because seams must not burn through, we check thread type, stitch density and lining coverage on every sample.
Mechanic and impact gloves use synthetic leather palms with TPR guards over the knuckles and fingers. Guards must stay bonded under impact. So we check guard attachment, fingertip dexterity and sizing.
Military gloves add knuckle protection and touchscreen fingertips to a tactical design. Gardening gloves use breathable printed backs with thorn-resistant palms. For both, we check stitching, palm reinforcement and fit.
Materials, Coatings and EN 388 Ratings
Safety gloves combine a base material, such as a knitted liner or leather, with coatings or reinforcements. Liner gauge describes how fine the knit is: higher gauge means a thinner, more flexible glove.
EN 388 is the European standard that buyers often specify for mechanical risks. The marking shows abrasion, cut, tear and puncture scores, plus a cut letter (A to F) from the ISO 13997 test and an optional P for impact protection. In the US, buyers may specify ANSI/ISEA 105 instead. This overview of personal protective equipment explains how gloves fit into wider PPE rules. We check supplier test reports against the rating you need; we do not test or certify gloves ourselves.
Cut protection
The cut letter must match the report. We check that the liner yarn and gauge match the tested glove.
Coatings
Nitrile, latex and PU behave differently with oil, water and grip. We match the coating to the job.
Impact protection
TPR guards protect knuckles and fingers. So we check guard coverage and bonding.
Branding Safety Gloves and Private Label
Most safety gloves are sold under a distributor’s or brand’s own label. However, markings on safety gloves must match their tests, so branding needs extra care.
- Logo printing on the cuff or backhand
- EN 388 or ANSI markings printed on each glove
- Custom liner and coating colours
- Header cards with pictograms and size
- Barcodes, dozen packs and carton marks
For distributors buying from a work gloves supplier, we also check that the pictograms on packaging match the test report. Mismatched markings cause problems at customs and with end users.
Quality Checks on Safety Glove Orders
We check every order during production and again before shipment, following the method on our inspection services in Pakistan page. You then receive a written report with photos, measurements and our findings.
What we check
- Test reports against the rating on glove and packaging
- Liner gauge, coating coverage and thickness
- Size and fit against your chart
- Seam and guard strength
- Markings, labels and pack counts
Defects we look for
- Coating peeling or uneven at the fingertips
- Thin spots in the liner
- Burnt or weak seams on welding gloves
- Loose impact guards
- Wrong or missing markings
- Mixed sizes in a pack

Questions About Safety Gloves
Ratings and protection
What do the numbers in an EN 388 marking mean?
They show test results for abrasion, cut (coupe test), tear and puncture, usually followed by a letter for the ISO 13997 cut test. Higher numbers and later letters mean more protection. A final P shows the glove passed the impact test.
Which cut level do my workers need?
It depends on the task. Handling sheet metal or glass usually needs a higher cut level than general assembly. Your safety officer should set the level from a risk assessment. Then we find factories whose test reports meet that level.
Which coating is right for oily work?
Nitrile coatings handle oil and grease better than latex or PU. Foam or micro-foam nitrile adds grip on oily parts. So for oily environments, we usually suggest nitrile samples first, and you can compare them in real use.
Ordering
Can gloves be packed in pairs and dozens for retail?
Yes. Many distributors want gloves paired with a header card and packed by the dozen. We check pairing, card printing and dozen counts during inspection, because packing errors are common with safety gloves.
Can you source gloves for food handling?
Food-contact gloves need separate food-safety approvals, which not every glove factory has. Tell us your market and requirement, and we will check whether suitable factories and documents are available before quoting.
Do safety gloves need a CE marking for Europe?
Safety gloves sold in Europe as personal protective equipment usually need CE marking under the PPE regulation, based on tests and a certificate. The factory or brand arranges this. We check that the documents exist and match the glove you order.
